Book a free 30-minute call. We'll talk about what you're launching, who it affects and your timeline, and I'll recommend the right next step. There's no pressure and no sales pitch. If you'd like to start on your own, take the free Launch Readiness Playbook first.

You work directly with me from kickoff to readout, with no junior handoffs. My approach is grounded in adult learning research and Prosci and CCMP standards, so everything I deliver is practical and built around the work your people actually do. I've led change for 5,000+ employees in an enterprise program redesign and user readiness for a multi-region Salesforce CRM rollout.

I use clear, fixed pricing wherever possible. The Launch Readiness Check is a $2,000 fixed fee. Fractional change leadership starts at $3,000 per month, and workshops are quoted based on group size and scope. Career mentorship packages start at $395. You'll always know the cost before we begin.

Structured, clear and supportive. You'll get a defined scope, a plan with owners and dates, and regular updates so nothing is a surprise. I keep the time your team spends with me focused, and everything I deliver is yours to keep using after we're done.

Yes. I'm based in Raleigh and work with organizations nationwide, mostly virtually, with on-site sessions available when they add value.

Ideally three to six months before launch. That gives time to align leaders, prepare managers, build a champion network and time training well. If your launch is closer than that, the Launch Readiness Check can quickly show where the biggest gaps are and what to fix first. And if you’re already live and adoption is lagging, it’s not too late. Let’s talk.
